First of all I want to express how happy I am to have Joe from Rinaldi helping me out he looked at my job and gave me his profesional opinion That doesn’t believe that I need to have a dead man panel installed on the breaker box that I have He’s willing to write up a letter to give to my insurance company explaining his view Not everyone will be willing to do this free of charge His honesty goes a long way If I need to have work done I will go with Joe

Joe Rinaldi is superb! Communication is excellent which is a rare trait in this business. He is extremely professional and would not let you hanging until everything gets resolved. I can’t recommend him enough!

I have been a customer for over 25 years, Joe’s team has always been responsive and professional. They do terrific work at a reasonable price. Our house was built in 1900 so the issues can be challenging, but that has never been a problem for Rinaldi Electric!

I had an urgent situation in my home in which several outlets and my Ring security cameras were no longer working. I suspected it was faulty wiring and wanted to address it immediately. I reached out to Joe at 9:30 am, and by noon his amazing technician was at my home. The problem was discovered and fixed within an hour, and all is now resolved. Joe was helpful, accommodating and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend using Rinaldi Electric.

I recently hired Rinaldi Electric in White Plains, NY to install two ceiling fans with lights. Chris and TJ arrived right on time at 9 a.m. and were an absolute pleasure to work with. When they opened one of the boxes, they discovered the light fixture on one fan was broken. Since I no longer drive, they kindly went to Home Depot and picked up a replacement fan for me, completely going above and beyond. They installed both fans efficiently and with great attention to detail. I really appreciated their professionalism, courtesy, and helpfulness. I highly recommend Rinaldi Electric and especially Chris and TJ for any electrical work. Joe Rinaldi the owner was so easy to work with. I will be using Rinaldi Electric for all my electrical needs.

We needed to replace a broken outdoor GFCI outlet and broken breaker in our panel. Rinaldi Electric responded very quickly, gave a fair estimate, and completed the work well and fast. We also appreciated Joe's excellend communication.

Excellent service, and fantastic service hours! I highly recommend Rinaldi Electric! I had a light fixture that suddenly started flickering rapidly, and it would not turn off. I called Joe on a Saturday evening, and he was able to diagnose the problem over FaceTime, and send Victor to my home within an hour. Joe was wonderful on the phone, and I could tell I was in good hands. Victor was friendly, very knowledgeable, and he explained everything he was doing, and answered all my questions. This was my first time working with Rinaldi Electric, and after such an exceptional experience, I am already planning some future projects with them.

Joe was communicate and fair with a whole bunch of work we had done on our house. All of the people that work with Joe were extremely kind guys - notably so. Joe and his team will be our go-to electricians now.

The technician was on time and was professional. Good quality service. After completing the job he performed the necessary checks and offered to clean up the place.

We were very impressed by and grateful for Rinaldi’s responsiveness and assistance. The morning of our kids’ birthday party a light fixture fell off the ceiling and broke (nightmare). Despite it being a Saturday morning this company sent an electrician right away to reinstall the light, all for a reasonable price. Saved the day. Thank you!!
