I had a problem with my water heater losing power on a Saturday afternoon. Joe picked up the phone, took the time to understand and triage the problem, and promptly sent Val out. Val was super nice, clearly explained the options and trade-offs, and fixed the problem. On top of that, he identified and explained another issue with recent electrical work done by another company. Great experience all around—responsive, knowledgeable, and straightforward.

Rinaldi Electric was prompt as usual. The technicians were knowledgeable and absolute gentleman.

The drip loop is designed to allow rainwater to drip away from the electrical service wire outside. The electrical wire had totally deteriorated on the outside. I didn’t notice how bad it was until a bad storm came thru a few weeks ago, water was actually reaching the electrical equipment in the basement. I contacted Joe Rinaldi-Rinaldi Electric. He upgraded the electrical service wire outside and the panel in the basement. I was in serious trouble afraid of what could happen. Joe is a man of his word, his team did an AWESOME job. Everything totally upgraded! Beautiful, Beautiful Job and reasonable. When Joe says he’ll take care of you BELIEVE it. You can trust him. Joe was absolutely outstanding. We had an electrical emergency around 9:30 at night, well outside normal business hours, and he immediately took the time to help. He stayed on the phone with us, patiently walked us through the issue step by step, and helped us quickly resolve the problem. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we were safe. It’s rare to find someone so responsive and willing to help after hours. I can’t thank Joe enough for his exceptional service. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, reliable, and skilled electrician.

Mike was quick and efficient! Did amazing work on my outlets in the kitchen after they stopped working. He was knowledgeable and informative.

We had an emergency light installed along with switching some lights to LED. This is the second time John came to do work for us and he is very courteous and really knows his trade.

I have been renovating different properties for the last 27 years. As a result, I meet numerous different contractors, not necessarily with the most satisfying results. If you are planning a significant or minor renovation at your property, you need to be knowledgeable or fortunate enough to find good contractors. In my experience, finding good contractors could be very distressing and anxiety-provoking. Educating yourself about the specific areas of the renovation that you would like to execute could be exhausting. However, it will alert you if something is done incorrectly. If you feel that you can trust a particular contractor, you might confront an unpleasant surprise most of the time. A few years ago, I needed some electrical work inside my house. I interviewed three different electrical companies in my area. Unfortunately for me, I received three different approaches to do my electrical work with drastically different prices. I was forced to learn the appropriate way to do my installation. It took me a few months to understand this particular electrical work, but life forced me to learn more. At a certain point, I was lucky enough to interview the "Rinaldi Electrical Co." This company was the only one that knew what to do appropriately, with excellent customer service, and for a very fair price. As soon as they started working at my house, I was convinced that the work would be done correctly. They were polite, responsible, and knowledgeable, which is very difficult to find in this new era. The company’s owner is a very polite and responsible person who will be diligent about ensuring that the work is done correctly, and most importantly, with customer satisfaction as a priority. He is an excellent businessman who is currently difficult to find. This is the only company that I am aware of that doesn't generate anxiety in me when they are working in the house. I contracted Rinaldi Electric on three different occasions with magnificent results. They are coming back soon for the installation of my new kitchen. After working professionally with human behaviors for over 38 years and having accumulated experience with different contractors, I feel very comfortable recommending "Rinaldi Electric."

I recently used Rinaldi Electric and I have to say I have never been happier. Not only was the companies services phenomenal , but Joe and his team were attentive, extremely professional, and very easy to get in contact with when need be. I would highly highly recommend !!!!
