We needed to replace a broken outdoor GFCI outlet and broken breaker in our panel. Rinaldi Electric responded very quickly, gave a fair estimate, and completed the work well and fast. We also appreciated Joe's excellend communication.

Excellent service, and fantastic service hours! I highly recommend Rinaldi Electric! I had a light fixture that suddenly started flickering rapidly, and it would not turn off. I called Joe on a Saturday evening, and he was able to diagnose the problem over FaceTime, and send Victor to my home within an hour. Joe was wonderful on the phone, and I could tell I was in good hands. Victor was friendly, very knowledgeable, and he explained everything he was doing, and answered all my questions. This was my first time working with Rinaldi Electric, and after such an exceptional experience, I am already planning some future projects with them.

Joe was communicate and fair with a whole bunch of work we had done on our house. All of the people that work with Joe were extremely kind guys - notably so. Joe and his team will be our go-to electricians now.

I contacted Rinaldi Electric for a small job at my house. They responded immediately and scheduled the job right away. The tech, Chris, was very courteous and professional and helpful in explaining the work that he did. I highly recommend this group based on my experience.

I found Rinaldi Electric on Google search. I called him on a late Friday afternoon, mostly because of his ratings and that he calls back quickly. Well, he didn't have to call me back because he answered the phone, himself. I explained my issue with a kitchen light and Joe was very professional and made me feel he cared from the very first few minutes that we spoke. We discussed a few additional switch issues iI was having with other fixtures and he said he could have his guy to my home Saturday morning to address everything. As promised, Victor came to the house right on time and fixed all my issues. Victor was awesome, polite, clean and thorough. My lights all work and my switches all work perfectly, now. Joe Rinaldi is in my very concise rolodex of contractors that I trust. He is a master electrician and he will always give you the best advice. He's one of the few contractors I know who is willing to educate me on the equipment I'm purchasing. He's busy but he always makes time for us. He has bailed me out in electrical emergencies and also done various projects for us. I believe I have used him around half a dozen times now over a number of years. He is honest and has a great work ethic. These qualities are so rare in the contractor industry. He always wants the customer to do what's in their best interest, regardless of cost.
